Painting anxiety

Painting an eye today after a short break from painting. Been struggling with my painting anxiety.. it's strange how it goes up and down. One day I'm bouncing off the walls and can't wait to paint and other days I become one with the couch and a plate of carbonara and freak out whenever I think about picking up a brush. Oh anxiety.. make up your mind.
